Vide General Circular No. 2/2012, dated 1st March 2012, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has directed that for registration of Companies or LLP’s which have one of their objects to carry on the profession of Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Architect, Company Secretary or Banking or Insurance, the Registrar of Companies will incorporate the same only on production of in-principle approval/ NOC from the concerned regulator/professional Institutes.
