Applicability date of Revised Schedule VI.

The revised Schedule is available on the Ministry of Corporate Affair’s website. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has also placed on its website a new notification to be published in the official gazette. This Notification amends the first Notification and clarifies that the revised Schedule VI will come into force for the balance sheet and profit and loss account to be prepared for the financial year commencing on or after 1st April 2011.
