Amendments to the Equity Listing Agreement — Change in format for interim disclosure of results.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has vide Circular No. CFD/DIL/4/2012, dated 16-4-2012, revised the format of Balance Sheet under Schedule VI of the Companies Act as was notified in Notification dated 28-2-2011. Pursuant to the same, it has been decided to carry out consequential amendments to listing Agreement regarding interim disclosure of financial results by listed entities to the stock exchange.
