Significant and Material Orders passed by the Regulators or Courts
There were no significant and material orders passed by the Regulators / Courts / Tribunals which would impact the going concern status of the Company and its operations in the future. The Company received an order from National Financial Reporting Authority ("NFRA") ("the Order'') on 29th March, 2023, wherein NFRA had made certain observations on identification of operating segments by the Company in compliance with the requirements of Ind AS 108 and the Company’s existing accounting policy for recognition of revenue on a straight line basis over the membership period under IND AS 115. In terms of the Order, the Company completed the review of its accounting policies and practices with respect to disclosure of
