FACTS

A property was set up for auction by the United Bank under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Act, 2022 (SARFAESI Act). The Appellant emerged as the highest bidder and purchased the property at ₹39,00,000/-. The Authorised Officer of the bank issued a sale certificate to appellant after payment was made by the appellant.
