67 S. 4 of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 is amended.

S. 4 of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 is amended for increasing the maximum amount of gratuity payable to employees from 3.5 lakh to 10 lakh. The amendment is notified on 24th May, 2010.
